Rajiv Gandhi’s Assassination PredictedIn 1991, I foresaw the danger facing Indian Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi. Twenty days later, on May 21st, 1991, he was assassinated.
Nelson Mandela Presidency PredictedFor South African freedom fighter, Nelson Mandela, I predicted that after his long stay in prison, he would be the first democratic ruler of South Africa.
I predicted that natural disaster would rock Japan in 1992. The earthquake that devastated Kobe confirmed this prediction.

Problems predicted for the Democratic Republic of Congo in the year 2000 and that the life of Laurent Kabila, leader of the country, was in danger. In 1997 predicted that the widow of Ex-Prime Minister of India, Mr. Rajiv Gandhi (Sonia Gandhi) would enter politics.Pakistani Coup In 1999October 1999 predicted that Army Chief Pervez Musharraf would take power from Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif of Pakistan. This has happened.
A major scandal affecting US President Bill Clinton during his two terms in office was also predicted and that he might not survive his second term. Clinton did survive his second term; he was almost removed from office in the aftermath of the Monica Lewinsky affair.

The Rise of Gold Prices
In mid 2000 the predictions said there would be a major rise in the gold and silver prices and gold would hit $1000 and silver $18.80. Metal stocks would enjoy the rising trend from 2001 onwards.
11th September 2001’s USA Terrorist Attack
On the 9th of September 2001, the predictions on KAYA FM and SABC TV interview mentioned that there would an extensive terrorist attack on USA!!!
The Rise of oil
The 2002, 2003 & 2004 books said that oil would rise sharply and it could touch the price of $100 a barrel.
Fall of US Dollar
In 2001 I predicted that US Dollar would move down for the next six years and it would lose its value against all major currencies.
A warning of a war was predicted in 2000, and in 2003, book had the date of when the war would start and the date was the “20 March” and USA attacked Iraq on 19 March at Mid-night.
Congress victory of 2004 - Change in India politics
No one thought that the Congress party in would win the 2004 election. During the lunching of my book in Mumbai with Bollywood celebrities’ the media were putting big question mark on my prediction of “congress is going to win the elections” as all the opinion polls were showing exactly the opposite thing.
Tsunami and Hurricane Katrina
In 2004 book, it was clearly mentioned that water or sea related disasters would disturb the life of millions in or around Thailand. In the month of August the east coast would be hit by major hurricane and this would bring heavy damage, in the book it was clearly mentioned and it warned people and authority.
Rise in alternative energy stocks & fall in banking stocks
Warned many times in 2004/5/6 that the banking and financial stocks would fall as we saw a huge loss building up and that is exactly what we witnessed this in 2007. At the same time we have been recommending buying alternative energy stocks. The planet Saturn is indicating a great bubble is on the way in alternative energy stocks.
Fall in Housing prices because of high interest rate
I n 2004, predicted rise of the interest rate and fall in the housing prices. Kept warning people not to do any speculation or over leveraging in real estate market.
All These Predictions Have Been PublishedAll these predictions have been published in a variety of newspapers and magazines. These include: Abhishek and Rajsthan Patrika in India; The Standard Newspaper, The Daily Nation, The Kenya Times and The People in Africa, The Sunday time, Asian Age in London and many other.
Nevertheless, there have been a few predictions which have failed to come to pass. For instance, I expected the rise of the US Dollar in 2007, but I was wrong and it remained below $80.00. I also predicted that Zimbabwe’s President would leave office but he is still in power.
I had also predicted that Pervez Musharraf of Pakistan would lose his job, but he has continued to rule till now.
